I'm pretty sure we're talking about the same builting. The difference is that you went to the stars while I used the elevator. It's a L shape building...

I was in a hurry so I just looked at the number in the elevator map. But unfortunatelly the other street also have that number. So on the 3rd floor I ended up going to the other building.... I felt strange right away because the number started with 170 on 3rd floor... but at the very end, because is connected to the other building (other street let's say), there was also that number there.

If you remember, the building entrance says B (I assumed means block B). I took a screenshot of the elevator map, it's even worse than I thought. It covers 3 street. It's not L shape but it's a long rectangular building that covers 3 street. The main street (Nina's address), and the street on the left, and the street on the right.
And the main entrance can go everywhere...
I went to the other side of the building/street.
