American in Antwerp looking for advice

I will be visiting Antwerp later this month and want to partake in some fun. I have spent plenty of time in AMS, so RDL isn't as exciting for me. I really want to enjoy a gangbang or sex club. I took a look at the reviews in those sections, but am hoping to get some direction on establishments that will fit my criteria

• Won't be annoyed at an American who cannot speak Dutch, French or German
• Accomodating to single men
• Not a far travel from Antwerp City Center which is where my hotel is
