Newest / biggest establishments

Think this is the right area of the forum but please advise/move if should be in another,

i am by no means experienced in or have been to lots of places, ive sampled here or there ,
a common theme i notice in the industry / news / visits as a whole is

Private houses- seems not many if any new ones appear these days due to cities not granting new liences,
there doesnt seem to be many advances in the existing establishemnts- all showing there age,

so thought be an interesting discussion weather it be in germany/belguim/netherlands or other further afield

what are the largest establishments with the most to offer, club/brothel/sauna club etc etc in the last few years , no point in talk of x place 20 years ago,
what / where are the newest or at least modernized establishments

do we think the likes of Amsterdam's plans for a "mega brothel" will take off?

Olstends hanger 1 seems to have been in the odd news article since 2018 , 6 years on and its not up and running, Im sure these things could be built fast if they wanted it?

First of all and as far as I know, Oostende's Hangar D'Amour is a relocation project. Unfortunately it is not an extra location of prostitution. Sadly, prostitution places are overall in decline, e.g.:

Rather than new 'mega projects' we see the opposite. How long have they been talking already about the new red light district in Utrecht? The project is defunct!

I would welcome a big modern building with lots of rooms for the ladies such as the mega brothel near motorway A10, although I highly doubt if this project will ever be executed.

Likewise, new prostitution rooms in an old parking building in Utrecht is very much welcomed, but again I am not convinced either it will ever be built successfully.

However, I do see some 'light bulbs' and one of them is the 'revamped' sauna project Le Grand. They captured my interest and I intend to visit this place:

Yes I've certainly read about the years gone by and the relocation projects like Ostends.

just thought might be interested to cover places still in existence that have effectively been reburbed or re located (such as a license changes hands)

im under the impression sauna club le grand looks like someone spent a decent amount to modernize and looks quite large.

wondering if any other establishments have renovated/ refurbed / grown etc ,

EEssentially A topic on "new" even if its relocations rather than places that are no more.
